American design awards is calling for entries for their Semi Annual Design Contest. Deadline for Winter competition is February 15th.
Competition is open for all graphic and web designers from around the world, who have designed inspiring, unique and creative design pieces for either self-promotion, or legitimate paying client, and submited work can't be older than 5 years.
You can choose from 22 design categories.

Markzware released it's tool Q2ID (Quark to InDesign converter) version 3 for InDesign CS3. Also there is a new version for InDesign2Quark conversion compatible with new Quark 7. Their excellent pdf preflighting software FlightCheck professional also get's an update to version 6.02.
